Las labores de búsqueda de pistas que se han retomado este lunes sobre el paradero de Ruth y José, los dos niños desaparecidos en Córdoba hace más de ocho meses, han concluido en torno a las 21.00 horas en la finca de Las Quemadillas de la capital cordobesa.

Allí, el padre de los niños, José Bretón, procesado por presuntos delitos de detención ilegal en la modalidad cualificada de menores y con la agravante de parentesco, y de simulación de delito, estuvo con sus hijos antes de denunciar su supuesta desaparición el 8 de octubre de 2011.

En este lugar, la Policía Nacional ha buscado en numerosas ocasiones, todas ellas sin resultados, si bien esta vez se ha empleado maquinaria pesada y otros medios sofisticados.

En concreto, en las labores de este lunes, que han comenzado sobre las 17.00 horas, han estado la madre de los pequeños, Ruth Ortiz, que le ha indicado al juez del caso, José Luis Rodríguez Lainz, posibles cambios en la parcela, donde se encuentra una casa de dos plantas construida por el propio padre de los niños.

Además, también ha estado presente el hermano de Ruth Ortiz, Estanislao, que vivió en la parcela durante un tiempo, así como los abuelos paternos de los niños y el padre, único procesado en este caso, acompañado de su abogado, José María Sánchez de Puerta.

En este nuevo rastreo, aparte de los agentes de la Unidad de Delincuencia Especializada y Violenta (UDEV), participan miembros del Grupo Operativo de Intervenciones Técnicas de Policía, especializado en detectar zulos, entre otras materias; técnicos de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Agrónomos y de Montes de la Universidad de Córdoba y operarios del Ayuntamiento de Córdoba, que han entrado en la finca con varios camiones.

A todo este dispositivo se ha unido en las afueras de la finca un amplio despliegue con unidades policiales, además de numerosos periodistas y algunas personas con pancartas con las fotos de Ruth y José.

No obstante, en dicha parcela ya se ha rastreado otras veces en numerosas ocasiones, en algunas de ellas se llegaron a tirar tabiques del interior, e igualmente se ha buscado en los alrededores de la finca.

Aún así, la opción de la parcela y el habitáculo se impone al escaso margen de tiempo del que gozó Bretón en su traslado a Las Quemadillas a mediodía del 8 de octubre o en su posterior desplazamiento de allí al Parque Cruz Conde, según razona el togado en su escrito.
